Coway began negotiations for the 2026 wage agreement with the Production Coway Labor Union in February of this year and reached a tentative agreement on the 16th of this month. The final agreement was reached with 77 percent approval in a union vote held from the 20th to the 22nd. Coway explained that this was the shortest negotiation period yet, with the agreement reached in just two months since the start of talks.

A Coway representative said, "Labor and management achieved the meaningful result of the 'shortest agreement in two months' based on mutual understanding and trust. We will continue to strengthen production competitiveness through close cooperation between labor and management and do our utmost to provide customers with the best products and services."
