Dong-A Pharmaceutical announced on April 27 that it will release an AI commercial for its drinkable cold medicine, 'Panpyrin Time Nightflu Dry Syrup,' which is consumed like tea.
This advertisement is a piece of content created using generative AI technology, utilizing webtoon themes to deliver the product’s benefits and effects in an engaging way. It features a fantasy concept that incorporates webtoons, a major interest among people in their 20s and 30s, reflecting the unique drawing style of webtoons as well as the "noble lady" setting. The commercial reinterprets the narrative by having a prince character offer Panpyrin Time to a real-life person suffering from cold symptoms, enhancing viewer immersion.
