According to the London Metropolitan Police, the incident took place around 4:30 a.m. on April 19. Glam got into a quarrel with another influencer, Gabriel Carrington, aged 29, near a club in the Soho district of London. The two engaged in a heated argument, and Glam was struck by a car driven by Carrington.

Footage from the scene reportedly shows Carrington, unable to control his anger, getting into the driver’s seat of his car and accelerating toward Glam. Police investigations revealed that Carrington was under the influence of alcohol at the time of the incident. In addition to Glam, one man sustained serious injuries and one woman suffered minor injuries.

The London Metropolitan Police stated, "We extend our deepest condolences to Glam, her family, and friends who have received this tragic news." Police initially planned to charge Carrington with attempted murder, causing grievous bodily harm with intent, assault causing actual bodily harm, dangerous driving, and drunk driving. However, following Glam’s death, they intend to add a murder charge as well.

Glam and Carrington had 270,000 and 360,000 social media subscribers, respectively. Carrington was also a familiar figure to the public, having appeared on the UK’s leading audition program ‘The X Factor’ in 2013.

On April 21, Carrington appeared in court and only answered questions confirming his identity. He also shocked local residents by making a ‘finger heart’ gesture toward fans at the scene, showing no sign of remorse.
