There will be around 40 experience booths offering activities such as police and firefighter experiences, face painting, retro games like Jegichagi, Gongginori, and Ttakjichigi, woodworking, and trying on traditional costumes. Family-friendly programs such as "Random Play Dance Time" and a "Breaking One-Day Class" are also planned. The all-access wristband is designed as a bracelet where parents can write their contact information to prevent children from getting lost, and payment can be made via on-site bank transfer.
The main event will kick off at 10:30 a.m. with a character parade accompanied by a marching band. From 11:20 a.m., the central stage will feature performances by the Dobong-gu Children's Choir, a Taekwondo demonstration, juggling shows, kids' character dances, and a world-class high magic show. At 3:30 p.m., singer An Ye-eun, known as the "President of Kids," will perform "Dream of the Octopus" on stage. The secondary stage will host bubble, juggling, and magic performances.
Food booths in collaboration with local shopping districts will also be available, and a 10% discount event will be held at the Banghakdan-gil shopping area. Participating vendors and usage instructions can be found on the event poster.
Dobong-gu has completed its safety management plan and safety review, and plans to jointly finish facility safety inspections with the Dobong Police Station, Dobong Fire Station, and the Seoul Northern Branch of the Korea Electrical Safety Corporation before the event. On the day of the event, each amusement ride will have staff and safety personnel assigned, and a medical booth with medical staff will be available at all times.
The approximately 340-meter section of Madel-ro in front of Dobong-gu Office (from Dobong-gu Office to Banghak 1-dong Samsung Raemian Apartments) will be closed to traffic from 6:00 p.m. on May 1 to 8:00 p.m. on May 2. Due to the car-free event, buses 1127, 146, Dobong 08, and Dobong 09 will be temporarily rerouted to Dobong-ro. Model drivers, the Marine Corps Veterans Association, volunteer crime prevention unit members, and parking attendants will be in charge of traffic control and vehicle guidance.
A Dobong-gu official stated, "We will do our utmost to ensure safety at the event so that all children can play and enjoy themselves freely."
