On Monday, April 27, daytime temperatures are expected to rise to early summer levels, with rain forecast to begin at night.
According to the Korea Meteorological Administration, from noon, there may be light raindrops of less than 0.1 mm in the central regions. Starting from 6 p.m., rain of around 5 mm is expected in Seoul, Incheon, and Gyeonggi Province, and 5 to 10 mm in the Gangwon region.

원본보기 아이콘The central regions will be mostly cloudy, while the southern regions will be partly cloudy and are expected to become mostly cloudy from the night. Through April 28, there may be places in the Seoul metropolitan area and the inland and mountainous areas of Gangwon that experience gusty winds, thunder, and lightning, so caution is advised for facility management and safety accidents. Severe weather is also forecast for the West Sea.
Morning low temperatures are expected to range from 6 to 14 degrees Celsius, and daytime highs from 14 to 27 degrees Celsius. The temperature difference between day and night will be around 15 degrees, especially in inland regions. Through the morning of April 28, temperatures are expected to be similar to or higher than the seasonal average.
Forecast daytime highs for major cities are as follows: ▲Seoul 22°C ▲Incheon 19°C ▲Chuncheon 22°C ▲Gangneung 16°C ▲Daejeon 24°C ▲Daegu 27°C ▲Jeonju 25°C ▲Gwangju 24°C ▲Busan 23°C ▲Jeju 20°C, among others.
Fine dust concentrations are expected to remain at 'good' to 'normal' levels across all regions.
