In their match against Gimcheon City Hall on the second day, which effectively served as the final, they narrowly lost by just 2 points, 50-52. On the final day, they secured a decisive victory over Daegu Metropolitan City Hall with a score of 76-41, finishing the tournament with 2 wins and 1 loss. The championship went to Gimcheon City Hall, who notched three wins by overcoming Sacheon City Hall 57-55.
Despite facing challenges due to a reduced player roster compared to last year, Seodaemun-gu Office's performance was highly regarded. Although they were unable to immediately extend the glory of winning gold medals at the National Sports Festival for two consecutive years as of last October, they will make another attempt at their first victory of the year at the 'Taebaek Mayor's Cup National Business Basketball Federation' set for June. If they win this tournament, they will set a new record by winning the Taebaek event for the third consecutive year, following their victories in the previous two years.
At this tournament, the 'Seodaemun-gu Office women's basketball team supporters' filled the gymnasium, passionately cheering and applauding to energize the players.
