Humanity has broken the "two-hour barrier" in the full marathon.

By surpassing the previous world record set by Kelvin Kiptum of Kenya at the Chicago Marathon in October 2023 (2 hours, 00 minutes, and 35 seconds), he became the first person in human history to achieve the "sub-2" dream-finishing a full marathon in under two hours.
