President Kim Yongjin of GH Continues On-Site Management, Visits Key Sites Including North Suwon Technovalley

Kim Yongjin, President of Gyeonggi Housing & Urban Development Corporation (GH), is continuing his on-site management activities.

On April 26, GH announced that President Kim has been making on-site visits to major project sites in the region as part of the follow-up measures to the 'GH Bridge 2030 Action Plan' announced on April 2. During these visits, he is inspecting the progress of ongoing projects, checking the status of safety management, and encouraging on-site employees, thereby maintaining his commitment to field-oriented management.

Since April 20, President Kim has been visiting several key locations, including Gwanggyo A17 Block (site for equity accumulation housing), North Suwon Technovalley, major industrial complexes, and sites related to the 2·4 Policy Initiative. He plans to continue inspecting major sites in each region through the end of this month. Through these efforts, GH aims to drive its projects forward with greater speed and stability.

Moving forward, we will continue to strengthen our on-site execution capabilities and enhance safety management with a sense of responsibility for the safety of every single worker, striving to deliver results that are truly felt by Gyeonggi residents."

Previously, through the announcement of the Action Plan, GH identified the expansion of public housing supply, the promotion of modular housing, and the expansion of equity accumulation housing supply as core tasks.
