Singer Lee Hyori attracted attention by sharing how her daily life has changed through yoga, comparing her prime years with her current life.
On April 24, Lee Hyori appeared on the YouTube channel "Channel Fifteen Nights," where she led a yoga class and shared updates about her life. Reflecting on her time as one of Korea's top celebrities, she recalled, "That period went by in a blur, and I was full of myself."
She added, "People around me also contributed to that. It became natural to hear things like, 'You just sit there.' I thought it was okay to act that way. It was a time when I was fearless and bold."

In fact, living without them is better." She explained that while her past environment and the way people viewed her shaped who she was, she now believes that her current, more stable lifestyle is preferable.
Lee Hyori revealed that she now maintains a regular routine by running a yoga studio. She said, "Since opening the yoga studio, having to keep busy with work has really helped me. I wake up at 5 a.m. every day, which means I have to go to bed by 10 or 11 p.m. the night before. By setting my own rules, I feel like my mind stays healthy," emphasizing that having a steady life rhythm leads to psychological stability.
She also shared that her relationships and attitude toward life have changed since starting yoga. "I've benefited a lot from yoga in my life," she said. "I even met friends through yoga with whom I can be open and comfortable. I hope people dealing with similar worries can find some peace through yoga, and I want to give back in that way."
Lee Hyori debuted in 1998 as a member of the group Fin.K.L, and later established herself as one of Korea's leading female singers with solo hits like "Ten Minutes." In 2013, she married guitarist and composer Lee Sangsoon and lived in Jeju, then relocated to Seoul in 2024. Since then, she has been running a yoga studio in Seodaemun-gu, Seoul, where she teaches classes herself.
