This Dream Start family camp program was designed to help ease the difficulties experienced during the upbringing of children with ADHD symptoms and to promote the emotional stability and healthy growth of the children through positive family interactions.

A total of 35 participants from 10 families receiving Dream Start case management took part in the program, which was structured to allow families to spend time together and communicate while enjoying life in nature.

For participating caregivers, education was provided to enhance their understanding of ADHD and to offer practical guidance that could be applied to parenting situations.

Meanwhile, children participated in sports activities and play programs, which helped them build relationships with one another.

In the evening, the campfire and stargazing programs provided opportunities for families to share conversations that are often difficult to have in daily life.

This event was made even more meaningful through the participation of the local community.

The Yongin Lions Club, led by President Kim Hyung-ryul, sponsored a barbecue meal worth 1 million won, and the Yongin City Hall badminton club joined the children in sports activities as part of the program.

One caregiver who participated in the camp shared, "Through the parent education session, I was able to better understand my child's feelings. It was a warm and precious time for our family to laugh and sincerely communicate together."

A Yongin City official stated, "We hope this camp will become an opportunity to foster greater understanding among family members and to alleviate the burden of caregiving. We will continue to provide customized integrated services to promote the emotional stability and healthy growth of Dream Start children and their families."
