Gongdeok Station Jaireune is a complex consisting of two buildings, with four basement levels and 20 above-ground floors, totaling 178 units. Of these, 177 small-sized apartments with exclusive areas ranging from 48 to 59 square meters will be offered to the general public. The complex is located in a prime area served by Gongdeok Station, which connects to Subway Lines 5 and 6, the Gyeongui-Jungang Line, and the Airport Railroad. Additionally, the Gyeongui Line Forest Park and an elementary school are situated nearby.

In the metropolitan area, applications will be accepted for 'Godeok New City Atera' in Pyeongtaek, Gyeonggi Province, and for 'Incheon Gajeong 2 District Block B2.' Both developments are being supplied as public housing-with Godeok New City Atera as a private participation public housing project and Incheon Gajeong 2 District Block B2 as a standard public housing project-and will both be subject to the price ceiling system. Godeok New City Atera, developed by Kumho E&C in the Godeok-dong area of Pyeongtaek, will consist of six buildings with one basement level and 27 above-ground floors, totaling 630 units. All 630 units, each with an exclusive area of 74 or 84 square meters, will be made available for general sale.

In regional areas, 'Doosan We've the Zenith Gumi' in Gumi, North Gyeongsang Province, and 'Gangneung Wooree Lin Premier' in Gangneung, Gangwon Province, are preparing to open for applications. Doosan We've the Zenith Gumi will feature nine buildings ranging from three basement levels to 39 above-ground floors, totaling 1,372 units. Of these, 63 units with exclusive areas of 74 or 84 square meters-originally allocated to association members but canceled-will be offered for sale.

Model homes are scheduled to open at four locations, including 'The Sharp Gwanjeo Arte.' Winners will be announced for 14 projects, and official contracts will be signed at 12 locations, including 'Uijeongbu Station Central I-Park.'
