In the fifth week of April, MakinaRocks will conduct a book-building process for institutional investors. Cosmo Robotics is preparing for its public subscription for retail investors.

◆MakinaRocks = Established in 2017, MakinaRocks is a company that supplies high-performance vertical AI specialized for complex industrial sites where security and accuracy are essential, such as the automotive, semiconductor, and defense sectors. Based on its 'Physical AI' technology, which operates flexibly and safely in physical environments like manufacturing processes and defense weapons systems, the company has established a unique technological barrier by holding the second-highest number of patents in the field of 'AI-based design and optimization' in Korea, following Samsung Electronics.


The company plans to offer a total of 2,635,000 shares, with an expected offering price of 12,500 to 15,000 won per share and an estimated total offering amount of approximately 32.9 billion to 39.5 billion won. The book-building for institutional investors will take place from April 28 to May 6, and the public subscription for retail investors is set for May 11 to 12. Mirae Asset Securities is serving as the lead underwriter.

◆Cosmo Robotics = The company has finalized its offering price at the upper end of the desired range, 6,000 won per share. As a result of the book-building process, a total of 2,257 institutions participated, recording a competition ratio of 1,140.11 to 1. The public subscription for retail investors will be held on April 27 and 28, and the company is scheduled to be listed on the KOSDAQ market on May 11. The lead underwriters are Eugene Investment & Securities, NH Investment & Securities, and Yuanta Securities Korea.


Founded in 2016, Cosmo Robotics is a global leader in wearable medical and rehabilitation robotics technology. With products such as the 'Bambini Kids' rehabilitation robot for infants and toddlers, the 'Bambini Teens' for adolescents, the 'EA2 PRO' rehabilitation robot for adults, the 'COSuit' walking assistance robot, and the 'EA personal' personalized walking device, the company is expanding its presence in the rehabilitation medical market both in Korea and abroad.
