The purpose of this program is to discover promising companies in the rural convergence industry sector and provide comprehensive support for business model advancement, market entry strategy development, strengthening investment attraction capabilities, and laying the foundation for global expansion.

The core of the program is to offer practical acceleration so that companies based on agri-food and rural resources can secure a sustainable growth structure and investment linkage potential, moving beyond simple product development.

The target applicants are prospective rural convergence industry entrepreneurs and certified businesses that have been established for less than seven years. The selection size is more than 10 companies. For uncertified businesses, a limited number will be selected on the condition that they obtain preliminary or official certification by November 30, 2026.

The application period begins on April 20 and ends on May 10. Afterward, qualification review, evaluation schedule notification, and presentation evaluation will take place, with the final selection results scheduled to be announced on June 1. The detailed timeline may be adjusted depending on operational circumstances.

The companies that are finally selected will receive support tailored to their growth stage and business characteristics. Key benefits include company-specific diagnostic consulting, business model advancement, practical education, promotional content production, and networking programs. Selected companies will also receive commercialization support funds, as well as investor relations (IR) consulting, investment attraction linkage, and overseas expansion support programs operated in parallel.

KingoSpring plans to focus not only on simple short-term support but also on building a foundation for subsequent growth by enhancing participating companies' investment potential. To this end, it will provide phased support such as direct investment review, linkage with follow-up support projects including private investment-led technology startup support (TIPS) and LICON fostering (LIPS), investor network matching, and global market entry strategy development.

A representative from KingoSpring stated that the rural convergence industry is a field that creates new added value based on regional resources and the competitiveness of the agri-food industry, and that the program will help participating companies secure possibilities for business advancement, investment attraction, and global expansion. The representative added that they look forward to the participation of companies with differentiated products and services in this field.
