Changwon Facilities Corporation Holds "Blood Donation Day" Event, Adding Meaning Through Employee Participation

Changwon Facilities Corporation in Gyeongnam recently held a "Blood Donation Day" event at the Meeting Square of Changwon Sports Park, contributing to stabilizing the local blood supply.

This event was organized to address the shortage of blood caused by decreased participation in blood donation and to fulfill the corporation’s social responsibility as a public enterprise.

On April 21, 44 employees of the corporation voluntarily participated in the event, which was safely conducted in cooperation with the Gyeongnam Blood Center of the Korean Red Cross.

The corporation plans to continue promoting a culture of life sharing through regular blood donation, as well as to pursue ongoing social contribution activities in collaboration with the local community.

Lee Kyunggyun, acting president of the corporation, stated, "I hope this blood donation event, made possible by the voluntary participation of our employees, will become a meaningful act of sharing for the local community," adding, "We will continue to contribute to the spread of a culture of sharing through ongoing social contribution activities."
