This seminar was the first jointly planned event between HomeCC and KOSID, and took place on April 23 at Josun Palace Seoul Gangnam, attended by about 60 key representatives and stakeholders from HomeCC’s nationwide partner companies. The seminar aimed to share insights on residential space trends and strengthen the foundation for collaboration with partner companies.

During the morning session, designers affiliated with the Korea Society of Interior Designers gave in-depth lectures on the direction of residential spaces. Sungkeun Lim, CEO of 214SPACE, proposed a multi-functional residential complex that accommodates diverse lifestyles and functions, under the theme of "The Beginning of the Fifth-Generation Apartment."

Jungbae Shin, CEO of NONSPACE, highlighted the essence and emotional value of the home as a space for relaxation and reflection, based on the theme "Home, Becoming a Scene of Contemplation." Kwangil Ahn, CEO of 100AAssociates, presented residential space designs focused on the theme "Spaces Centered on People, Life, and Relationships," introducing concepts where residents and spaces communicate organically.

The afternoon session continued with presentations of HomeCC's key products. The products featured included: ▲ "HomeCC Window ONE Villas," a high-insulation window system with double low-e glass; ▲ "Forestone," a flooring material combining a soft walking sensation with luxurious design; ▲ "Vicenti Interior Film," an interior finishing material available in 334 designs; and ▲ "Senstone Ultra," a premium Italian ceramic tile.

Sungkeun Lim, one of the speakers, stated, "It was a meaningful occasion to share perspectives on the future direction of residential spaces from across the industry."

A representative from KCC Glass said, "We organized this seminar to share insights with partner companies during a paradigm shift in residential spaces," adding, "Going forward, we will continue to expand the foundation for the advancement and mutual growth of the interior architecture industry through ongoing cooperation with the Korea Society of Interior Designers."
