The "Imagination Beyond Redevelopment Project Academy" is an educational program directly operated by the city, now in its fourth year. It targets citizens in the early stages of redevelopment projects, helping them gain a comprehensive understanding of the process and alleviating the burden of complex procedures, which has led to strong positive feedback.
The program was conducted over a six-week period beginning March 19. The curriculum covered key topics such as: △the concept and procedures of redevelopment projects, △formation and operation of associations, △approval of project implementation plans, △criteria for determining eligible recipients for allocation, △standards for selecting and contracting with construction companies, and △the roles of association executives and examples of lawsuits at various stages. This structure improved participants’ understanding of the core elements of redevelopment projects.
Through this course, a total of 53 participants met the completion requirements and received certificates, thereby establishing a foundation for greater citizen participation in future redevelopment projects.
