Naoris Korea, a joint venture established by Xecure and Naoris, is accelerating the expansion of its quantum security business by strengthening its lineup of global advisors.
On April 24, Naoris Korea announced the appointment of Inge Kampenes, former Head of Cyber Defense for the Norwegian Armed Forces, and Mick Mulvaney, former White House Chief of Staff of the United States, as new global advisors. This personnel move is aimed at expanding the company’s capabilities from the existing technology- and business-centered leadership to new areas such as defense, policy, and public infrastructure.
Previously, the company appointed David Carvalho, founder and CEO of Naoris, and David Holtzman, CSO, as registered directors, and brought in Youcef El Mhadarssi as an advisor. While the previous appointments focused on security technology, architecture, product strategy, and global business development, the latest additions are significant in supplementing the company’s execution capabilities and policy-based trust.
Advisor Kampenes will provide counsel in areas such as cyber warfare response, protection of national critical infrastructure, and defense industry security strategy, drawing on his experience leading the Norwegian military’s cyber defense organization. In particular, as post-quantum cryptography (PQC) and decentralized security validation technologies expand into the national security sector, he is expected to play a key role in strengthening the company's competitiveness in public and defense markets.
Advisor Mulvaney, a policy expert who served as White House Chief of Staff, U.S. Representative, and Director of the Office of Management and Budget (OMB), will offer strategic advice on global policy environment, regulatory response, public collaboration, and overseas network expansion.
Through Naoris Korea, Xecure is promoting the application of post-quantum cryptography, decentralized cyber security mesh, and real-time security validation technologies to domestic telecommunications, finance, public, and defense infrastructure. As major countries worldwide rush to transition their cryptographic systems and strengthen infrastructure security in preparation for the quantum computing era, the company plans to formulate a concrete market entry strategy by combining its technological capabilities with a global advisory network.
A company representative stated, “The recruitment of these advisors is a strategic decision to reinforce our business scalability into defense, policy, and public infrastructure sectors,” adding, “By combining Xecure’s domestic security business foundation with Naoris’s next-generation quantum security technologies, we aim to deliver tangible results across various industries.”
