Uijeongbu City in Gyeonggi Province held the '2026 First Half CEO Special Lecture' on April 23 at the Peace Talk Hall of the Northern Gyeonggi Provincial Government Complex, targeting local company CEOs and second-generation business leaders.

This special lecture, under the theme "Innovation Strategies for CEOs in the AI Era," was organized to help bridge the information gap caused by accelerated digital transformation and to support local companies in increasing sales and stabilizing management.

Yoonhee Park, CEO of Yoon Education and President of the Korea HRD Instructors Association, was invited as the keynote speaker. Park explained the impact of AI technology trends on corporate management and the innovative competencies CEOs need to possess in a changing environment.

Alongside the lecture, the event also provided a venue for local entrepreneurs and next-generation business leaders to come together, share on-site challenges, and discuss collaboration strategies.
