Suwon City in Gyeonggi Province has selected 904 houses as beneficiaries of the "Saebit House" support program.
On April 24, Suwon City announced that it had selected 904 houses after a comprehensive review of documents and on-site inspections for 3,049 applications received in January and February for the Saebit House program. The selection process took into account factors such as the aging status of the buildings and the urgency of the required repairs.
Suwon City will carry out the house repair project and conduct mid-term inspections for the selected houses from May to September this year, followed by completion inspections from July to October.
The Saebit House project is a program that subsidizes repair costs for old low-rise houses within designated house repair support zones. The eligible houses are detached, multi-family, or row houses of four stories or less that have been approved for use for at least 20 years. The city provides up to 12 million won per house, covering up to 90% of the total construction cost (with the remaining 10% paid by the homeowner).
Suwon City has selected 904 houses as the 대상 for this year's Saebit House project. As a result, the number of houses supported by Suwon City’s Saebit House program has surpassed 3,000. Provided by Suwon City
