Ottogi announced on April 23 that it has launched two varieties of "Light & Joy Low Sugar Pasta Sauce," designed to reduce sugar intake.
This product features a 50% lower sugar content compared to the company's existing products. The tomato pasta sauce contains 4g of sugar per 100g, while the ros? pasta sauce contains 4.2g of sugar per 100g, meeting the criteria for low sugar.
Special attention was given to the ingredients. Both sauces are made with 100% Mediterranean tomatoes, highlighting a fresh flavor. The "Low Sugar Tomato Pasta Sauce" offers a light and clean taste, while the "Low Sugar Ros? Pasta Sauce" combines tomato and cream for a smooth and rich flavor.
An Ottogi representative stated, "This new product is designed with health in mind and will be a great choice for consumers looking to reduce their sugar intake. We plan to continue introducing products that reflect various lifestyles in the future."
