Third On-site University Engagement for the “Startups for All” Project

The Ministry of SMEs and Startups announced that Minister Hansung-sook visited Hoseo University on the 22nd to further spread the enthusiasm for youth participation in the "Startup for All Project" and to listen to the opinions of university students.


This visit marks the third on-site university event, following recent visits to Chungnam National University and Gyeongsang National University. The event was organized to identify the real challenges experienced by university students interested in entrepreneurship and to reflect these insights in policy measures.

The meeting held on this day featured Minister Hansung-sook and student members of startup clubs as panelists. They shared their thoughts on entrepreneurship from the youth perspective and offered suggestions for improving the Startup for All Project, as well as discussing difficulties related to starting a business.


Minister Hansung-sook stated, "Universities are places where the most innovative ideas are born and new challenges begin. The government will serve as a strong support so that the brilliant ideas of young people can lead to actual startups and remarkable growth."


The Startup for All Project surpassed a cumulative total of 10,000 applicants just 25 days after its launch, as of the 19th. Anyone with a startup idea can apply, and applications will be accepted until May 15.
