The "2026 Miryang National Heritage Night Tour," hosted by Miryang City and organized by the Miryang Cultural City Center (Director: Jang Byungsoo), will take place for three days from April 24 to April 26, 2026, at Yeongnamnu Pavilion, Miryang Government Office, and the Miryang River area.
This event, held daily from 6:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m., is a leading nighttime cultural heritage program that reexamines the value of both tangible and intangible cultural assets in the region, with National Treasure Yeongnamnu Pavilion at its center. Notably, since 2020, the event has been selected for seven consecutive years for the National Heritage Administration's open call project, establishing itself as Miryang's signature nighttime tourism content.

This year's Night Tour goes beyond a simple exhibition, focusing on revitalizing Miryang as an overnight destination by promoting nighttime and stay-type tourism. Through "Eight Night" themes such as Nightscape and Night Tales, the event has created an immersive environment for visitors to deeply experience Miryang after dark.
The main attractions, "Yeongnamnu Live Musical" and "Miryang River Fireworks," are highlights of the nighttime tourism experience. Around 20 LED-lit boats and a water fireworks display set across the Miryang River provide a powerful visual spectacle for the audience.

Additionally, the Sammun-dong riverside area will host the "Night Tour Tavern" offering various local foods, and a "Night Market" in collaboration with local businesses to boost nighttime consumption and contribute to the revitalization of the local economy. This is expected to significantly increase the duration of tourists' stays during the nighttime hours.
A Miryang City official stated, "Through this Night Tour, we aim to rediscover the value of national heritage and establish the image of Miryang as a city where the night is enjoyable," adding, "With differentiated nighttime content, we will create a leading model for stay-type tourism, moving beyond fleeting visits to longer stays."

Meanwhile, from April 24 to April 26, traffic will be controlled on the section from Miryang Government Office to the Korea Sports History (Yeongnamnu Main Gate) from 4:30 p.m. to 11:30 p.m. each day. The city has requested citizens' understanding and cooperation, as traffic congestion is expected during the event period.
