On the 21st, Yuk held a "Local Residency Culture Content Companies Meeting" at his campaign office, where he listened in person to the voices from the field regarding the structural limitations faced by the local content industry and policy directions to overcome these challenges.

Officials from culture content companies in Chuncheon attended the meeting, shared their on-site perspectives, and offered a variety of opinions about the structural limitations of the local industry and the need for improvements.

The participating companies pointed out that the local content industry is currently highly dependent on public sector projects. They emphasized the need to move away from a business model focused on large-scale bidding and instead to establish specialized divisions by content area. This, they said, would help foster an environment where each company’s unique characteristics and competitiveness can be enhanced.

There were also calls for practical professional education and talent development programs to ensure the sustainable growth of local companies. The companies stated that, beyond simple support, systematic educational assistance is urgently needed throughout the entire process of content planning, production, and distribution.

During the meeting, realistic difficulties in the performing arts sector were also raised. Actor Cho Sungyoon, a member of the theater group Iruk, said, "The burden of venue rental fees is too high, making it difficult to operate performances stably," and suggested, "Please ease the burden of rental fees so that Chuncheon can become a city where performances are possible all year round."

Yuk stated, "Culture content companies are a vital local industry that creates stories, jobs, and communities in Chuncheon," adding, "For young people to stay in the region and take on creative challenges, companies must first be able to put down roots and grow here."

He continued, "We need to pay closer attention to the difficulties local content companies feel, from the public procurement system to talent development, space, and market access. We will establish an order structure that fosters expertise, provide practical educational support, and create an ecosystem where companies can collaborate and grow locally, so Chuncheon becomes a city where content companies and young people can thrive together."
