On April 21, the third hearing for defendant A, who is charged with robbery resulting in injury, was held at the Namyangju Branch of the Uijeongbu District Court, Criminal Division 1 (Presiding Judge Kim Guksik). Nana and her mother appeared as witnesses. While Nana smiled at reporters outside the courtroom, it was reported that once the proceedings began, she spoke to A in a strong tone and expressed her emotions.

That day, as Nana entered the courtroom, she reportedly addressed A with agitation, saying, "Is this fun for you? Look me straight in the eyes." After taking the witness stand, she told the judge that the situation was "ironic," sharing her feelings about the ordeal.

Previously, on November 15 of last year, defendant A was indicted on charges of breaking into Nana's home in Guri, Gyeonggi Province, and demanding money and valuables while armed with a weapon. At the time, Nana reportedly subdued A after a physical struggle while her mother was being threatened and then called the police.

During this process, A filed a counterclaim against Nana on charges of attempted murder and aggravated assault, claiming to have been injured as well. However, the police concluded that Nana's actions constituted legitimate self-defense and dismissed the charges as "no suspicion." Subsequently, Nana filed a counter-lawsuit against A for false accusation, pursuing legal action in response.

A has been indicted while in custody but has denied most of the charges since the first hearing. Although A admitted to the trespassing, he argued that his intent was simple theft rather than robbery. He also asserted that the alleged assault from the victim's side was one-sided.

Nana expressed her distress about facing the defendant in court and submitted a written statement requesting non-attendance, but it was not accepted, so she appeared as a witness. Before attending, she stated on social media, "Don't worry, I'll do my best," adding, "I will only speak the truth as it is," sharing her feelings with the public.
