Doosan Engineering & Construction is scheduled to launch sales of 'Doosan We’ve Triniview Gumyeong Station' in Gupo-dong, Buk-gu, Busan Metropolitan City, in May 2026.

The complex will consist of eight buildings ranging from three basement levels to 26 floors above ground, totaling 839 households. Of these, 288 units will be available for general sale. By exclusive area, the allocation includes 24 units of 74㎡A, 18 units of 74㎡B, 180 units of 84㎡A, 27 units of 84㎡B, and 39 units of 84㎡C.

'Doosan We’ve Triniview Gumyeong Station' is highlighting the 'I-Mom Busan Plan' as the core of this sales launch. This is a comprehensive policy implemented by the Busan city government aimed at increasing the birth rate and creating a child-rearing-friendly environment.

The complex offers a substantial benefit for winners of the special supply for newlyweds and multi-child families (as of the official contract date), providing an exceptional 5% discount on the balance of the sale price. Amid rising inflation and sales prices, this discount can significantly reduce the financial burden for end-users in their 30s and 40s, potentially saving them tens of millions of won.

Most notably, the odds of winning a unit have increased. Compared to previous housing supply regulations, the allocation ratio of special supply units for multi-child families and newlyweds has been raised, greatly expanding the chances for these groups.

In terms of location, the complex is regarded as a catalyst for a new residential town with over 14,000 households planned near Gupo and Deokcheon Stations. Busan Metro Line 2's Gumyeong Station is directly in front of the complex, and Gupo Station-which provides access to the KTX and Line 3-is within walking distance, offering the advantages of a triple-station area. Additionally, transportation networks such as Gangbyeon-daero, Gupo Bridge, and the Mandeok-Centum Urban Expressway allow for rapid travel throughout Busan.

Garam Middle School borders the complex, and Gupo Elementary School is nearby, ensuring a safe walking route for children to school.

Furthermore, some units offer panoramic, unobstructed views of the Nakdong River, and nearby Samnak Ecological Park, Hwamyeong Ecological Park, and Daejeo Ecological Park provide a pleasant eco-friendly lifestyle within the city.

The living infrastructure is also robust. NewCore Outlet and the Deokcheon-dong central commercial area are nearby, and the modernization project for Gupo Traditional Market is scheduled for completion in 2026. Large-scale development benefits are expected, including the construction of a new Gupo Station and the undergrounding of the Gaya Vehicle Depot railway.

The project’s value is further enhanced by Doosan Engineering & Construction’s extensive experience and technology in building a better future. The complex will feature We’ve Signature side walls and partial curtain wall looks, in addition to specialized rooftop structures, nighttime landscape lighting, and unique (electric) rooftop parapets. Notably, glass railings will be installed in all units, providing an original residential culture with We’ve’s distinctive style.

A variety of community amenities will also elevate residents' lifestyles. High-quality leisure facilities such as a golf practice range, screen golf room, fitness center, and GX room are planned. There will also be diverse community facilities, including a shared childcare facility, senior lounge, daycare center, small library, separate male and female study lounges, and study rooms.

A representative from the sales team stated, "With its prime location at the heart of a major transit hub, safe school district, and pleasant natural views, as well as its vision as a pioneer of a new 14,000-household residential town, there is strong demand from both local and outside buyers. We aim to establish this complex as a regional landmark by offering unparalleled product value."

Meanwhile, the model house for 'Doosan We’ve Triniview Gumyeong Station' will be located in the Geumgok-daero area of Busan Metropolitan City.
