This general meeting was organized ahead of the full-scale operation of the 5th council to elect executives such as the president and vice president, and to identify policy needs closely related to daily life through youth dietary education and opinion surveys.

Lee Byunghee, Director of the Department of Youth and Adolescents, stated, "This general meeting marks the starting point for young people to take the lead in shaping the future of the city," adding, "We will provide active support so that policies that young people can truly feel are developed."
