Lee Hyoje and Jeong Hadam Selected as Hosts for Jeonju International Film Festival Closing Ceremony 원본보기 아이콘

The Jeonju International Film Festival announced on April 21 that actors Lee Hyoje and Jeong Hadam have been selected as the hosts for the closing ceremony, which will be held at the Samsung Culture Center of Jeonbuk National University on May 8.


Both actors are affiliated with Ghost Studio, the partner of this year's 'Jeonju X Majung'. They will first meet the audience through the Majung Class. Lee Hyoje will share his artistic vision and acting philosophy through 'Loop (2024)', while Jeong Hadam will do so with 'Jane Flower (2016)'.


Lee Hyoje gained attention for his roles in 'Vanishing Time: A Boy Who Returned (2016)', 'The Priests (2015)', and 'The Throne (2015)'. Since then, he has built a diverse filmography, appearing in films such as 'Air Murder (2022)', 'Concrete Utopia (2023)', and 'Loop'.


Jeong Hadam received critical acclaim for her performances in 'Wild Flowers (2015)', 'Steel Flower (2015)', and 'Jane Flower'. She also appeared in 'The Age of Shadows (2016)' and 'Decision to Leave (2022)'. In addition, she has been active in dramas such as 'Sweet Home (2020)', 'Pyramid Game (2024)', and 'Good Partner (2024)'.


This year's Jeonju International Film Festival will open on April 29 at the Sori Arts Center of Korea's Moak Hall.
