On April 21, iM Bank announced that it will be recruiting external talent in a variety of fields, including artificial intelligence transformation (AX) and digital, in order to strengthen organizational job competencies and secure key talent.
Through this recruitment, iM Bank is seeking experienced professionals not only in AX and digital fields, but also in banking, Android development, user experience (UX) and user interface (UI), trust experts, fund management, accountants, information security, risk management, credit review, credit specialist audit, and credit management, among others.
An iM Bank representative explained, "Through this first-half recruitment, we will continue to secure core professionals who will drive the advancement of AI-based financial services and digital platform innovation," adding, "In addition to AI and digital, we also plan to continuously secure key personnel in various fields such as risk management, information security, and accounting to strengthen the organization’s job competencies."
In particular, the bank is actively seeking to recruit candidates with diverse and extensive experience in their respective fields, regardless of age. At the same time, iM Bank will continue its 'Senior Pro' recruitment program, targeting retired employees with long careers in the financial sector as well as senior professionals from other industries.

iM Bank Senior Pros have excelled in roles requiring deep expertise and extensive on-site experience, such as credit review, credit specialist audit, and credit inspection work.
This recruitment will further expand the Senior Pro hiring model to positions such as corporate branch managers (PRM) and credit reviewers.
The recruitment process will include document screening and interviews for each division, and applications will be accepted from April 20 to May 3.
A recruitment official stated, "iM Bank will continue to strengthen its core organizational job competencies centered on AX and digital, and will actively recruit outstanding Senior Pros in various fields regardless of age, in order to accelerate the realization of our 'New Hybrid Bank' vision."
