Hana Asset Management Lists New 1Q 200 Bond Mix 50 Active ETF

Hana Asset Management announced on the 21st that it has newly listed the '1Q 200 Bond Mix 50 Active' Exchange Traded Fund (ETF) on the Korea Exchange.


According to Hana Asset Management, this product uses the 'KOSPI200 Short-term Government Bond Mix Index' as its benchmark and is a second-generation bond mix ETF that allocates approximately 50% each to the KOSPI200 index and short-term government bonds. Hana Asset Management has been granted the exclusive right to use this index by the Korea Exchange until the end of July this year, which marks three months from the listing date.

In addition, the '1Q 200 Bond Mix 50 Active' is classified as a safe asset under defined contribution (DC) and individual retirement pension (IRP) regulations, allowing for 100% allocation within pension accounts.


With this new listing, Hana Asset Management has expanded its lineup of second-generation bond mix ETFs to a total of four: 1Q US S&P500 US Bond Mix 50 Active, 1Q US Nasdaq 100 US Bond Mix 50 Active, 1Q K-Semiconductor TOP2 Bond Mix 50, and 1Q 200 Bond Mix 50 Active.


Taewoo Kim, CEO of Hana Asset Management, stated, "The 1Q 200 Bond Mix 50 Active is designed to enable diversified investment in Korea's leading companies even within pension accounts," adding, "We expect that it will become a new option for those looking to make long-term investments in pension accounts based on the solid fundamentals of the Korean market."


Meanwhile, Hana Asset Management is holding a '1Q K-ETF Net Purchase Event.'
