The two companies announced on April 21 that they have signed a strategic business agreement (MOU) to cooperate in expanding delivery platform synergies and increasing franchise store sales.

This agreement is characterized by expanding the scope of partnership beyond simple discount-based collaboration to include advertising, marketing promotions, exclusive new menu launches, and pickup services.

The companies will jointly pursue optimized advertising strategies within the Baemin App to maximize customer touchpoints and raise brand awareness for 60Gye Chicken, Stella Tteokbokki, and other brands.

They will also implement various collaborative efforts to boost synergies, such as large-scale promotions during major seasons, development of menus exclusively planned for Baemin, and CRM (Customer Relationship Management)-based customized marketing.

In addition, they plan to strengthen marketing linked to Baemin's subscription service, Baemin Club, to expand customer benefits and increase brand loyalty.

Collaboration will also be strengthened in the pickup segment. Baemin will enhance the exposure of pickup services for 60Gye Chicken and Stella Tteokbokki, and will provide concentrated support for related marketing packages to stimulate both offline visits and online orders simultaneously.

Furthermore, the companies will share operational metrics to drive online sales growth, and upgrade service quality through data-driven analysis. They aim to secure loyal customers and establish a stable order environment, while also offering joint store consulting and marketing support based on franchise sales data to promote tangible growth for restaurant owners.

Kim Jihun, Head of Business Division at Woowa Brothers, said, "This agreement is significant because it creates a cooperation model where the platform and franchise combine their marketing capabilities to substantially increase franchise store sales. We will continue to support sustainable growth through various collaborations tailored to each brand's characteristics."
