The Korea U-Learning Association announced on the 21st that it has published "Successful Strategies for AI Proficiency at Work" and launched the certification program for "AI Proficient Workers (AI Jaljik)."

The Korea U-Learning Association announced on the 21st that it has published 'AI Job Success Strategy' and launched the certification program for 'AI-Savvy Professionals (AI Jaljik)'.

The association explained that it published this book based on its experience of launching the AI Utilization Education Expert Course for the first time in April 2025 and operating it twice a year, in the first and second halves. In addition, the association has officially received certification from the Korea Research Institute for Vocational Education and Training and has simultaneously launched the AI Jaljik certification program.

The book consists of three parts. Part 1, under the theme "Why AI Jaljik?", discusses the changing trends in workplace life, focusing on generative thinking, design thinking, and Agile Act. Part 2 presents differentiated strategies for universities and companies from the perspective of organizational redesign in the AI era. Part 3 introduces the concept of AI Jaljik and strategies for success as the new standard for work methods and workplace life.

Jung Hyunjae, Secretary General of the Korea U-Learning Association, stated, "We published this book to offer an opportunity for employees to survive as proficient AI users and become leaders in this rapidly changing era of artificial intelligence."

The association plans to issue the AI Jaljik certification to individuals who have completed outstanding AI education programs and participated in relevant projects.
