Suwon Nambu Fire Station Named 'Best' in Comprehensive Evaluation of 36 Provincial Fire Stations

Suwon Nambu Fire Station in Gyeonggi Province was selected as the top institution in a comprehensive evaluation conducted among 36 fire stations within the province.

On April 21, Suwon Nambu Fire Station announced that it had been named the best office in Group A at the "2025 Comprehensive Evaluation of Fire Stations" awards ceremony, which was held by the Gyeonggi Province Fire and Disaster Headquarters on April 20.

The comprehensive evaluation of fire stations assesses 36 fire stations in the province, dividing them into three groups (A to C) based on factors such as the number of on-site operations and civil complaint processing for each station.

The main evaluation criteria include: ▲fire, rescue, and emergency response capabilities ▲preventive administration ▲on-site performance ▲organizational management, among others.

In this evaluation, Suwon Nambu Fire Station was recognized not only for its speed and expertise in disaster response but also for its safety management policies centered on prevention and effective, field-oriented administration, earning it the distinction of being the best office in Group A.
