Galaxy Corporation, an artificial intelligence (AI) and entertainment technology company, has joined President Lee Jaemyung's economic delegation for the state visit to India and Vietnam.

According to Galaxy Corporation on April 20, CEO Choi Yongho was included on the delegation list as the youngest CEO among the more than 200 leading Korean business representatives, including the heads of Korea's four major conglomerates.

After completing the state visit schedule to India that began on April 19, CEO Choi will attend a business forum held in New Delhi. There, he plans to introduce the current status of Korea's advanced AI, robotics, and entertainment technology industries, and to explore opportunities for cooperation with the local market.

With the government aiming to reach USD 50 billion in trade with India by 2030 through negotiations to improve the Comprehensive Economic Partnership Agreement (CEPA), exchanges of advanced content technology at the private sector level are also expected to expand further.

Founded in 2019 with initial capital of 1 million won, Galaxy Corporation has grown into a unicorn company. Last year, it posted 289.9 billion won in revenue and 12.5 billion won in operating profit, turning profitable within a year. The company has recently established a Dubai branch and is accelerating its future business focused on AI and robotics technology using global hubs. Its roster includes singer G-Dragon, Kim Jongkook, Taemin, and actor Song Kangho.

CEO Choi said, "It is an honor to participate in the government economic delegation," adding, "I look forward to creating new industrial synergy based on AI and robotics through the meeting of Indian and Korean entertainment technology. I will use this visit as an opportunity to strengthen cooperation with global partners."
