Hyundai Engineering & Construction announced on the 20th that it has been selected as the preferred negotiation partner for the reconstruction and maintenance project of Special Planning Zone 3 in the Apgujeong Apartment District.
The contract amount is approximately 5.561 trillion won.
The company explained, "This selection is for the designation as a preferred negotiation partner, not as the final contractor. The process of selecting the contractor will proceed through a future general meeting of the association."
