The style commerce platform Ably, operated by Ably Corporation, is launching its own beauty brand, BYBLY.
BYBLY, the first private brand (PB) meaning "by ABLY," was planned based on data from users in their teens and twenties accumulated on the platform. The brand develops products that reflect actual demand by analyzing data such as preferences, purchase history, and reviews. It also features simplified distribution and packaging structures, which help reduce price burdens. BYBLY will be exclusively available on the Ably app.
The first products to be released focus on base makeup, with two types available. "Dal Cushion" is designed for skin imperfection coverage and strong adherence, making it suitable even for users concerned about shininess. "Cushion Refill Shot" is a refill kit that allows users to refill their preferred cushion compact, including foundation liquid, sponge, and tools for easy replacement. The ability to reuse existing cases helps reduce costs as well.
In June, the "3.3 Mascara" will be added to the lineup. This product boasts overwhelming value by offering three mascaras for the price of one. It consists of three small-capacity products in one package, allowing for hygienic replacement and use.
Ably plans to expand its private brand lineup in the future, while also pursuing collaborations with partner brands and developing products linked to its fashion category.
To commemorate the brand launch, a promotional event will be held. During the first phase from April 22 to April 28, select products will be available at discounted prices through discount coupons, followed by a second promotion from May 4 to May 10.
