This large-scale complex will consist of 10 buildings with 2 basement levels and 29 floors above ground, offering a total of 1,351 units with exclusive areas ranging from 84 to 114 square meters. The model house, which opened on April 10, attracted approximately 16,000 visitors over three days, including the weekend, demonstrating significant interest in the complex’s design and community facilities.

The subscription schedule will proceed as follows: special supply on Monday, April 20; first-priority applications on Tuesday, April 21; and second-priority applications on Wednesday, April 22. The announcement of successful applicants will be made on Thursday, April 30. The contract period for selected applicants will span four days, from Monday, May 11 through Thursday, May 14.

Eligibility for general supply subscriptions is granted to Cheongju residents and those living in North Chungcheong Province who are at least 19 years old, have been subscribed to a housing savings account for more than six months, and have deposited the required amount by region and unit size. The subscription deposit is 2 million won for 84㎡ units and 4 million won for 114㎡ units. There are no restrictions on resale, no re-winning restrictions, and no mandatory residence period, which means immediate resale after contract is possible.

The complex will be built within the Bunpyeong·Mipyeong District urban development area in Bunpyeong-dong, Seowon-gu, Cheongju, featuring 10 buildings with 2 basement levels and 29 floors above ground, and a total of 1,351 units with exclusive areas of 84 to 114 square meters. By exclusive area, the distribution is as follows: 491 units of 84㎡A, 164 units of 84㎡B, 168 units of 84㎡C, 316 units of 114㎡A, 104 units of 114㎡B, and 108 units of 114㎡C. The spacious layouts focused on medium to large unit sizes provide ample residential space.

The Bunpyeong·Mipyeong District, where the complex will be located, is an urban development site covering about 127,700 square meters, and will include both apartment complexes and neighborhood facilities. It is adjacent to the already developed Bunpyeong 1 District, allowing residents to enjoy a stable living infrastructure.

This area, including Bunpyeong·Mipyeong District, Dongnam District (about 15,000 households), Bangseo District (about 3,750 households), and the planned Bunpyeong 2 District (about 9,000 households), is undergoing large-scale development, and is expected to form a new residential town with more than 30,000 households. The complex is situated at the entrance of this area, raising expectations for future increases in residential value.

The educational environment is also excellent. Namseong Elementary School, Namseong Middle School, and Chungbuk High School are within walking distance, while Cheongju Seowon Library, Cheongju City Library, and the Bunpyeong-dong academy district are nearby, making it suitable for households with school-aged children.

Residents will benefit from convenient access to major retail facilities such as Emart Cheongju, Nonghyup Hanaro Club Bunpyeong, Homeplus Cheongju, and Lotte Mart Sangdang, as well as the Bunpyeong-dong commercial district. Medical facilities such as Chungbuk National University Hospital and Korea Hospital are also close by.

The complex also offers strong accessibility to workplaces. Major public institutions such as the Cheongju Regional Government Complex, the North Chungcheong Provincial Office of Education, Cheongju District Court and Prosecutors' Office are nearby. Via Ring Roads 1, 2, and 3, residents can easily commute to industrial complexes in Osong and Ochang, where SK hynix, LG Chem, and LS ELECTRIC are located.

The complex is designed primarily with south-facing layouts, and the 84㎡A and 114㎡A types feature 4-bay flat designs to maximize sunlight and ventilation. Each unit is equipped with ample storage such as a pantry, multi-purpose room, and dressing room, further enhancing the spaciousness of the medium and large unit types. Community facilities will include a rare 25-meter indoor swimming pool for Cheongju, a sauna, fitness center, and greenery caf?.

Move-in is scheduled for March 2029, and the model house is located in Bunpyeong-dong, Seowon-gu, Cheongju.
