On April 20, the Korea Composite Stock Price Index (KOSPI) opened at 6,213.92, up 22 points from the previous trading day, as shown on the electronic display board in the dealing room at Hana Bank's headquarters in Jung-gu, Seoul. On the same day, the won-dollar exchange rate started trading at 1,479.5 won, down 4 won from the previous trading day.
