Accelerating Evolution into a Self-Sufficient City

Expanding Transportation Networks with the Sasang?Hadan Line and Seunghak Tunnel

Boosting Demand and Improving Quality of Life

The center of gravity in the Busan real estate market is shifting toward western Busan, with Sasang-gu and Gangseo-gu at the forefront, forming a new residential hub. Leveraging its strength as a self-sufficient city that combines industrial complexes and residential areas, demand for proximity between home and workplace is increasing. Additionally, the value of the area is being actively reassessed due to the expansion of transportation infrastructure.

Amid this trend, the Eomgung-dong area of Sasang-gu is emerging as a new base in western Busan, and the region's landmark apartment complex, 'Eomgung Station Travis Haneulchae,' is drawing attention as it prepares for launch.

The complex will be built in Eomgung-dong (Eomgung District 1) of Sasang-gu, Busan, spanning from five basement levels to a maximum of 36 floors above ground, with a total of 1,670 units. Of these, 1,061 units with exclusive areas ranging from 59 to 155 square meters will be available for general sale. Once completed, the complex is expected to form a branded town of approximately 5,000 units in the Eomgung-dong area, together with Eomgung Lotte Castle River and The Sharp Rio Mont.

The down payment for the complex has been set at 5% of the sale price, with the first installment fixed at 10 million won, significantly reducing the initial burden for buyers. The terms for intermediate payments are also competitive: 60% of the total sale price can be paid in interest-free installments until move-in, eliminating additional financial costs through the occupancy date.

The most prominent feature of Eomgung Station Travis Haneulchae is its "direct access station area" location, directly connected to the planned Eomgung Station on the Busan Urban Railway Sasang-Hadan Line. Currently, there are only about five complexes in Busan directly connected to the subway, making this a rare opportunity.

Furthermore, once the Sasang-Hadan Line (scheduled for completion in 2027) opens, the Eomgung-dong area is expected to be reorganized as a transportation hub in western Busan. In particular, upon completion of the Eomgung Bridge, accessibility to Myeongji and Noksan National Industrial Complexes, as well as Eco Delta City The Hyundai Busan (targeted to open in 2027), will also improve.

Additionally, with about 44% of Busan's total area consisting of mountains, there is a high preference for flatland apartments. Eomgung Station Travis Haneulchae, being a large-scale flatland complex with over 1,500 units, is expected to offer not only convenience but also efficiency in maintenance costs and overall management.

The location is surrounded by various commercial facilities such as Lotte Mart, Eomgung Traditional Market, and the Agricultural Products Distribution Complex. The educational environment is also favorable, as Eomgung Elementary School is located directly in front of the complex, defining it as a "school zone" complex. Donggung Elementary School and Eomgung Middle School are within walking distance, and the establishment of a boarding middle school and an autonomous public high school nearby is also underway.

Moreover, from a product perspective, Eomgung Station Travis Haneulchae stands out in Sasang-gu with its maximum 36-story height and approximately 1.5 parking spaces per unit. Specialized designs, such as mobile-controlled smart door locks, will also be applied. Some units will offer "dual views" of both the Nakdong River and Seunghaksan Mountain, and all units will be provided with individual storage spaces.

In terms of amenities, the complex will feature the first sky community in western Busan, including a sky lounge and sky guest house. Additional community facilities tailored to residents' lifestyles-such as a screen golf zone, book cafe, sauna, and kids' cafe-are also planned.

Meanwhile, the model house for Eomgung Station Travis Haneulchae has been set up in Gwaebeop-dong, Sasang-gu, Busan, and residents are scheduled to move in by February 2030.
