Eunbo Jeong to Attend AOSEF Annual General Meeting... "Discussing Strengthening Cooperation Between Exchanges"

The Korea Exchange announced on April 20 that Chairman Eunbo Jeong will attend the 2026 Asia-Oceania Stock Exchanges Federation (AOSEF) Annual General Meeting on April 22.

At this year's AOSEF Annual General Meeting, the heads of major Asian stock exchanges will discuss the direction for capital market development and ways to strengthen cooperation between exchanges, and seek joint responses to changes in the global capital market environment.

On April 21, Chairman Jeong will hold a global roadshow for the Korean stock market in Hong Kong, targeting major institutional investors. The event in Hong Kong, the financial hub of the Asia-Pacific region, is intended to explain improvements in the Korean capital market system to overseas investors and to expand interest and participation in the Korean stock market.

On April 23, Chairman Jeong will visit the Shenzhen Stock Exchange, which operates a market focused on technology and innovative companies. He plans to exchange views on strategies to enhance capital market competitiveness, overall market operations, and ways to strengthen cooperation between the two exchanges.

Chairman Jeong stated, "We will strengthen our network with major Asian exchanges and further enhance our competitiveness in the global capital market."
