During the support fund disbursement period, there is a surge in fraudulent text messages posing as notifications about 'recipient selection' or 'instructions for receiving the support fund.' In particular, if recipients click on internet links (URLs) in such messages, malicious apps may be installed, causing personal and financial information stored on smartphones to be stolen in an instant.
To prevent such scams, the city has strongly recommended using the official notification service 'Gukmin Biseo' (National Secretary). By applying for notifications in advance on the Gukmin Biseo website, citizens can safely receive information such as their eligibility, the amount of support, and the usage period from two days before the application period begins.
An official from Anseong City stated, "For the warmth of government policies to be fully delivered to citizens, the most important thing is safe execution," adding, "We ask all citizens to check information using the official notification service, Gukmin Biseo, and to never respond to text messages from unknown sources."

The event, hosted by the Anseong Federation of Disabled Persons' Organizations, was attended by over 1,000 people, including individuals with disabilities, their families, and related professionals. It began with a pre-ceremony orchestra performance, followed by the first part, a commemorative ceremony, and the second part, a community celebration.
In particular, under the slogan "Ordinary Life, For Everyone to Enjoy," this year's event emphasized the importance of creating a social environment where people with disabilities can live without discrimination in their daily lives, adding further meaning to the occasion.
The first part of the commemoration included the reading of the Disability Rights Charter, opening remarks, and congratulatory speeches, as well as the presentation of commendations and plaques of appreciation to 38 individuals recognized for their exemplary contributions to the welfare of people with disabilities, providing an opportunity to acknowledge their dedication.
During the second part, the community celebration featured performances prepared by organizations for people with disabilities, talent shows, and a prize draw, creating a warm atmosphere in which all participants could enjoy themselves together and encourage and support one another.
