The new product experience zone was organized into five themes reflecting different lifestyles: 'Micro RGB', 'Movie', 'Art·Design', 'Sports', and 'Game'. In each zone, professional promoters provided detailed explanations not only of the main product features, but also offered visitors a hands-on opportunity to experience a differentiated AI TV environment powered by Samsung TV’s unique integrated AI platform, 'AI Vision Companion'.

Samsung Electronics increased visitor engagement by offering various programs, including an interactive stamp tour, a lucky draw, and authentication events.

In particular, a dedicated consultation area for newlyweds called the 'Wedding Gift Consultation Office' was prepared to provide tailored consultations on all newlywed home appliances, including TVs.

A customer who visited Samsung Gangnam on April 17 commented, “I wanted to purchase the 2026 Micro RGB TV, so I signed up for the launch notification in advance. I was curious to see the real product, so I traveled two hours from Cheonan to Gangnam. After touring the experience zone and hearing direct explanations about the new artificial intelligence (AI) features, I could genuinely feel the convenience, and I’m glad I came.”

Jang Soyoun, Vice President of Samsung Electronics Korea, stated, “This event was designed to allow more customers to directly experience the new lineup of TV and audio products, as well as AI TV technology. As the era of mainstream AI TVs has truly begun, we will continue to expand opportunities for consumers to experience customized AI TVs in the future.”
