On Sunday, the 19th, daytime temperatures are expected to reach 25 degrees Celsius or higher, bringing early summer heat to inland areas.
The temperature difference between day and night will be significant, around 15 degrees Celsius nationwide and about 20 degrees Celsius in the central inland regions. Morning lows are forecast to range from 9 to 15 degrees Celsius, with daytime highs between 19 and 29 degrees Celsius.
However, rain is expected in the Jeolla region, Gyeongnam region, and Jeju Island. In the mountainous and southern mid-mountain areas of Jeju Island, 20 to 30 millimeters of rain is expected between early morning and late morning. The total expected rainfall until the 20th is 5 to 10 millimeters in Gwangju and Jeonnam, less than 5 millimeters in inland Jeonbuk, the southern coast of Gyeongnam, northern inland Gyeongbuk, and northeastern mountainous areas. Jeju Island is forecast to receive 30 to 80 millimeters of rain.
Fine dust levels nationwide will be 'good' to 'moderate.'
Waves in the sea will range from 0.5 to 1.0 meters in the East and West Seas, and from 0.5 to 1.5 meters in the South Sea.
