High-rise residential complexes shape the urban skyline and offer physical features such as expansive views, a sense of openness, and abundant natural light. The elevation of these buildings allows for unobstructed sightlines and reduced external interference, which ensures access to sunlight and creates a pleasant living environment.
Based on these characteristics, numerous complexes are being supplied that reflect the number of floors, architectural design, and community facilities.
In Oncheon-dong, Asan-si, Chungcheongnam-do, a residential complex called 'Asan Gyeongnam Honorsville Landmark 49' is scheduled to be supplied.
This complex will consist of 467 apartment units with exclusive areas of 84, 89, and 105 square meters, as well as 32 officetel units of 105 square meters. It will be constructed as a 49-story building.
The fifth floor will feature a fitness center, a golf practice range, and a wellness lounge equipped for body fat and blood pressure measurement. Indoor community amenities such as a children's playground and a book cafe are also planned.
All community facilities will be created on a single floor to optimize movement within the building. Residents will be able to use these facilities without leaving the complex.
In addition, the residential care platform 'Homnic' will be introduced, and parking spaces are planned at a ratio of 1.53 spaces per household.
The model home will be located in Oncheon-dong, Asan-si, Chungcheongnam-do, and is scheduled to open in May.
