During the meeting, comprehensive safety management measures were discussed, including the management of event venue routes and entrances, crowd dispersion strategies, safety inspections of facilities such as stages, electricity, and gas, establishment of emergency medical support systems, emergency rescue response plans, and strengthening cooperation systems with relevant organizations.

In addition, the county decided to work closely with related agencies such as the police and fire departments to establish a field-oriented response system capable of immediate reaction in the event of an incident, and to strengthen real-time information sharing systems by utilizing the disaster safety communication network (PS-LTE).

A county official stated, "We will place safety as our top priority and make thorough preparations so that visitors can enjoy the festival with peace of mind," adding, "We will mobilize all administrative resources to ensure that not a single safety accident occurs."

Meanwhile, the Sancheong Hwangmaesan Azalea Festival will be held for ten days from May 1 to May 10 at Hwangmaesan in Chahwang-myeon. Each spring, the vast colonies of azaleas that turn Hwangmaesan Mountain red make it a beloved spring flower destination nationwide.
