The briefing, presided over by Seo Hogwan, Mayor of Masanhappo District, included a review of progress made so far and a discussion of response measures to improve future execution rates. Key district departments and local offices participated, sharing the status and implementation plans for each project.
In particular, the discussion focused on practical measures beyond mere execution rate management. The main agenda included reviewing the progress and execution schedule of each project, strengthening process management for facility projects, and discussing improvement plans to ensure execution capability.
Additionally, challenges in some facility projects were raised, such as difficulties in securing key construction materials like asphalt concrete due to recent international instability and other external factors. In response, the district office plans to continuously monitor material supply, adjust schedules, and consider alternative measures to proactively minimize execution delays.
Furthermore, the district aims to make project implementation plans more concrete and strengthen responsibility management systems to enhance execution effectiveness, while focusing on execution management that prioritizes tangible results and outcomes felt by residents.
Mayor Seo Hogwan stated, "Rapid execution is a core policy directly linked to revitalizing the local economy," and urged all departments to do their utmost to achieve first-half targets through flexible implementation tailored to each project's characteristics, even in challenging external conditions."
