Seoul Shilla Hotel Holds Plaque Ceremony for 8 Consecutive Years of Forbes Travel Guide 5-Star Rating

Seoul Shilla Hotel announced on the 17th that it held a plaque ceremony to commemorate being selected as a 5-star hotel in the '2026 Forbes Travel Guide'.

Hermann Elger, Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Forbes Travel Guide, attended the ceremony. Forbes Travel Guide is a globally recognized rating organization that selects and announces ratings for hotels, restaurants, and spas, publishing its ratings through a rigorous evaluation process.

Seoul Shilla Hotel was selected as a 5-star hotel in February and is the first and only hotel in Korea to maintain the 5-star rating for eight consecutive years. This year, it further solidified its status by being officially recognized as part of the 'Exclusive Group', which consists of only 51 hotels worldwide that offer especially outstanding service among all 5-star hotels.

CEO Elger stated, "I was deeply impressed by Seoul Shilla Hotel's meticulous and customer-oriented Korean-style service, as well as its creative fine dining with storytelling."
