Construction will begin next month, with completion scheduled for July 2030 as a prime office building. The building will feature a concert hall with 510 seats and an open green space of more than 2,600 square meters.
DL E&C has previously constructed prime office buildings in Seoul’s core business districts (CBD), such as Gwanghwamun D Tower and Namdaemun Grand Central. Through this project, the company expects the Korean Reinsurance New Headquarters to be reborn as a city landmark with the function of a green multi-purpose facility.
A DL E&C official stated, “The construction of the Korean Reinsurance New Headquarters is an opportunity to showcase DL E&C’s high-end architectural technology and high-quality construction capabilities,” adding, “We will make every effort to complete it as a landmark prime office building in the CBD.”
