Dong-Eui University and Anypos Sign Agreement to Foster Webtoon Professionals

The Office of External Cooperation at Dong-Eui University has launched a webtoon talent development project.

On April 16, Dong-Eui University announced that it had signed a business agreement with Anypos Busan Campus, a specialized institution for comics and webtoon education, to foster talent in the fields of design, webtoons, and animation.

The signing ceremony was attended by Chiyong Kim, Director of the Office of External Cooperation at Dong-Eui University; Namsoo Kim, Head of the External Cooperation Team; Hyuna Jo, Chief Director of Anypos Busan Campus; and Haewoong Choi, Director.

The two institutions plan to collaborate on fostering professionals in design, webtoons, and animation; providing educational programs for current students and graduates; jointly developing seminars and educational programs in related fields; and strengthening cooperation between departments.

Chiyong Kim, Director of the Office of External Cooperation, emphasized, "We expect this to be an opportunity to cultivate talent with practical skills in the content industry and to strengthen the region-based education and industry cooperation model."
