Weverse Mind announced on the 17th that it achieved consolidated sales of 158.3 billion won and operating profit of 30.8 billion won in 2025.
These figures represent a 25% increase in sales and a 68% increase in operating profit compared to the previous year, marking the company's best performance since its establishment in 2009. Net profit reached 20 billion won, up 93.7% year-on-year.
Weverse Mind's main business, the foreign language learning brand 'Noesaegim', posted sales of 78.3 billion won, growing 10.7% from the prior year. The company explained that Noesaegim targeted demand across various age groups with package products such as dedicated learning tablets, the paper-based workbook 'The Week', and the AI-powered learning tool 'Talkiz', which led to both higher re-enrollment rates among existing customers and increased new user acquisition.
Its subsidiaries also showed steady growth. The AI education company Weverse Brain recorded sales of 41.5 billion won, a 23.5% increase year-on-year. The company attributed this to the growth of its AI learning service 'MaxAI', which is based on the English learning service 'Speaking Max', now with a cumulative 1.23 million learners. Weverse Brain is currently enhancing its proprietary multilingual speech AI engine to prepare for further market expansion.
The mobility and healthcare subsidiary, Wcare, also saw sales jump 54.4% year-on-year to 37 billion won. The electric bicycle brand 'Viazio' surpassed 50,000 cumulative unit sales since its launch in 2022 and has expanded its product lineup into the electric scooter market. In addition, the company launched the health supplement brand 'Nordkin' last year, gradually broadening its business areas.
Jung Sungeun, CEO of Weverse Mind, stated, "We will leverage the behavioral design capabilities we have gained through our edutech business and expand them across the entire lifestyle sector, aiming to become a company that designs better everyday experiences for our customers."
