GH Offers Eight Commercial Land Parcels in Dasan New City, Namyangju

Gyeonggi Housing and Urban Corporation (GH) is offering a total of eight commercial land parcels in the Jinjeon and Jigeum districts of Dasan New City, Namyangju, under exceptional terms.

The land parcels being supplied this time range in size from 685.9 to 2,554.4 square meters per parcel, with the estimated supply price ranging from 7.27 billion to 14.662 billion won. All eight parcels will be available through competitive bidding, and the highest bidder for each parcel will be selected as the successful bidder.

GH has introduced unprecedented promotional measures, significantly extending the payment period from the previous two-year installment plan with interest, and eliminating interest payments altogether. The main contract terms include a 5% down payment, three years of grace period followed by five years of interest-free installment payments, and discounts for early repayment.

The supplied parcels are located directly in front of Dasan Station and Namyangju City Hall's second office, offering an excellent location. Dasan New City is a "one-stop administrative city" where Namyangju City Hall, the Office of Education, and the Police Station are concentrated. It serves as a central hub for east-west transport connecting Guri, Donong, and Hopyeong, as well as for north-south routes connecting Byeollae, Galmae, Hanam Misa, and Wirye.

The city is considered a key transportation hub, optimized for attracting floating populations, as it takes just over 30 minutes to reach Seoul Jamsil Station and just over 40 minutes to reach Seoul City Hall Station.

Bidding applications will be accepted on May 12 through the GH Land Sales System, and successful bidders will sign contracts at the GH headquarters between May 19 and 20.
